Inspired by an Ancient Pot (2020)

While living in Iran, I used to visit different museums. Once I caught sight of a very beautiful metal pot from the ancient times. I liked the form and tried making similar forms with white clay on the pottery wheel. I applied iron and copper oxide glazes on them and baked the same to 1050^oC in a handmade gas kiln.
